1. Electric heating system: The heating temperature of the electric heating wedge is controlled in a closed loop, allowing for continuous adjustment of the temperature. The pressure position for welding is adjusted according to the thickness of the material.

2. Welding pressure adjustment system: Continuous adjustment is achievable.

3. Drive system: It employs a dual-wheel synchronous drive with upper and lower pressure rollers, controlled by electronic stepless speed regulation. The automatic control system is equipped with a speed generator to maintain a constant welding speed, unaffected by load variations. Power is transmitted to the drive/pressure rollers through a three-stage planetary gear reduction.
