Geomembrane is a kind of waterproof barrier material based on polymer.HDPE high-density polyethylene 0.2 mm-2.0 mm in thickness, 1m-8m in width and 30m-100m in length. Used in waterproofing hydraulic engineering such as cisterns, biogas digesters, landfills and reservoirs.

1)High anti-seepage ratio: 
HDPE geomembrane has a great anti-seepage effect unmatched by ordinary waterproof materials, and is recommended in some projects with high anti-seepage requirements.It's Permeability property is ≤1.0*10-13gcm/(cm2spa).

2)Chemical Stability:
It has excellent stability, acid and alkali resistance, salt solution, oil, alcohol, etc., and is mostly used in sewage treatment and landfills.

3)Anti plant root system 
HDPE geomembrane has excellent puncture resistance and resists most plant roots. It is a must-choice product for planting roofs.

4)Aging resistance 
HDPE geomembrane has excellent anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, anti-decomposition capabilities. Oven aging at 85ºC, standard OIT, 55% retained after 90 days, oven aging at 85ºC,high pressure OIT, 80% retained after 90 days.

5)High Mechanic strength 
It has good mechanical strength, and is first choice for seepage prevention in water conservancy projects. The tensile strength ,tear resistance, and puncture resistance properties all meet GRI-GM13 standard.

Installation:

Upon request by the customer,we can also offer a full turnkey installation service,covering the materials manufactured by OBOR,any other geosynthetics products,installation and all additional materials required to fully complete the project.
We can supply supervisors and installers,with or without welding equipment,such as machines and tools,to manage a group of local staff supplied by the customer.We can also provide training courses to staff provided by the customer.
·  Do not pull or harden the geomembrane during installation. Ensure there are no sharp objects, roots or rocks on the base or side walls.  Use a spade to clean up and get it as smooth as possible.80mil HDPE Liner 2mm High Strength
·  Do not pull too tight, should leave a 1.50% margin for partial sinking and stretching. The slope is laid from top to bottom;
·  The longitudinal joints of two adjacent frames shall not be on a horizontal line and shall be staggered by more than 1 m;
·  The longitudinal joint should be 1.50m or more from the dam foot and the bent foot, and should be set on the plane;
·  When laying the slope, the direction of the film should be basically parallel to the maximum slope line.
